In 1993, MENTOR was created to expand opportunities for young people by building a youth mentoring field and movement.

Today, we strive to become the expert and go-to resource on quality mentoring in the Commonwealth. As an affiliate of MENTOR National, our organization is part of a network dedicated to identifying innovations and systemic solutions to ultimately drive the expansion of research-based, effective mentoring. Mentoring unites us as we focus on cultivating partnerships and training mentors.
