At this session\, you will be introduced to: \n\nThe value of mentoring\nBoundaries of a mentoring relationship\nThe importance of a positive youth development approach\nStages of a mentoring relationship\, communication techniques\, and problem-solving strategies\nMentor/Mentee Activities\n\nMENTOR Virginia creates a lively atmosphere of learning and engages participants in interactive activities.
